Strawberry Soup

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
1 pint strawberries -- green tops removed
1 each bosc pear -- peeled and deseeded
1/2 cup white grape juice
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon very finely ground black pepper
1. Dice all the fruit into medium sized pieces that a blender will process
easily.
2. Place all the ingredients a blender and puree at high speed until smooth.
3. Adjust the sweetness with more honey, as needed.
4. Pass the liquid soup through a fine mesh strainer to remove lumps (optional).
5. Serve chilled.
