Quinoa and Raisin Salad

Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups cooked quinoa
1 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans pieces
1/4 cup julienne of red onion
1/4 cup chopped basil

Dressing Ingredients:
2 tablespoons hazelnut oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/2  teaspoon salt
1/4  teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch allspice

1.  Combine the solid ingredients together.
2.  Whisk the dressing ingredients and toss everything together.
3.  Serve chilled.
