Green Bean & Mozzarella Cheese Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
1/2 pound boiled green beans
1/2 pound fresh mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup julienne of red onion
1/2 cup chopped green olives
1/2 cup chopped parsley
4 each quartered roma tomato
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped green olives
1 teaspoon hot chili flakes
salt and pepper
1. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
2. Toss all the ingredients together.
3. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
4. Serve cool.
