Blueberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake Ice Cream

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream whipped to soft peaks
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chopped white chocolate chips
1. Purée the blueberries to a velvety-smooth consistency.
2. While still in the blender, add the cream cheese and sugar.
3. Run until smooth.
4. Remove from the blender and fold in the whipped cream and the white
chocolate chips.
5. Freeze overnight and scoop out as desired
