I selected these menus to illustrate a culinary range of styles and my favorite ethnic influences. You will mostly find regions of France, Asia, Mexico and Spain in a weaving of flavorful and fun representations.
Dining is entertainment. Food and flavor are constantly evolving to reflect the taste of the current culture, group or individual. These menus are my past ideas. I prefer to work with the flavors and foods of the moment. As such, these samplings are meant to serve as references.
