Flavorful and aromatic broth of black mushroom and miso with three mushroom,
gold and tofu garnish: enoki mushroom, straw mushroom and Dong Gou black mushroom.

Seared in sesame oil and sherried light soy presented with hot and spicy stir-fry of black beans, cashews, Chinese long-beans,
